2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund, regardless of condition:

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned package (typically within 3 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify if it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD), the same currency used for the original purchase.
